Coach Fallon played on two state championship lacrosse teams at The Episcopal Academy. From there, he played at the University of Notre Dame on three Great Western Lacrosse League Championship teams. During his junior year, the Fighting Irish made it to the NCAA Final Four. Coach Fallon is an Assistant Coach with Duke's High School Lacrosse Club.

Robert Mongeluzzi [Assistant Coach]

Robert J. Mongeluzzi (Mongo) is enjoying his 38th consecutive season of lacrosse. He played at Huntington High School, the University of Pennsylvania and for both the New Jersey Lacrosse Club and Eagles Eye Lacrosse Club. He coached club lacrosse where he was twice named United States Club Lacrosse Association Southern Division coach of the year. He has coached youth lacrosse and has coached the Pennsylvania youth team at the National Festival 3 times. He was a selector for both the 1990 and 1994 USA teams. He has coached more than 20 All Americans, 9 USA players and the current head coaches of the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, Haverford School, LaSalle College High School and Malvern Prep.

Marty Kupprion [Assistant Coach]

A former Duke’s player, Marty learned to play lacrosse through the Ridley and Rose Tree youth programs, then the Haven club program during middle school. He played varsity lacrosse at the Episcopal Academy, where he earned All Main Line and All Inter-Ac Honors and set the EA single season record for assists. He continued his lacrosse career at the University of Delaware, playing as a man-up specialist for three years and starting as a crease attackman for two. He was a key member of two Colonial Athletic Association championship teams and also appeared twice in the NCAA tournament in 2005 and 2007. After graduating in 2007, he continued his education at Cabrini, finishing a master’s degree (spring 2009) and getting certified to teach . Still an active player in men’s spring and summer leagues, he has been on the Lower Merion HS coaching staff since the spring of 2008. He is excited to now be a part of the Duke’s staff and to implement the sophomore mentoring program.

Eric Gregg [Assistant Coach]

Coach Gregg attended Episcopal Academy (PA) where they won back-to-back Pennsylvania State Championships in 1995 and 1996. Eric attended the Lawrenceville School (NJ) in 1997 and earned team MVP honors. Eric continued playing at Gettysburg College from 1998-2002. As a Bullet, Eric played on teams that won 4 consecutive conference championships and went to back-to-back NCAA Division III National Championship games in 2001 and 2002. Coach Gregg is the Head Coach at St. Joseph's Preparatory School in Philadelphia. Eric also founded Triple H Lacrosse, a lacrosse team training company, and L.E.A.P.S. (Lacrosse, Education, Attitude, perseverance and Success) in 2008. L.E.A.P.S. is a non-profit organization aiming to spread lacrosse to under served areas. Eric's professional career included earning a spot as goalie for the Barrage.

Dan Deckelbaum [Assistant Coach]

Former player at Owings Mills High School - 4 year starter, 2X MVP, 2X All-county, All time leader in points scored. University of Delaware - 4 year letter-winner, leading goal scorer 2006, 2X All-Conference CAA, compiled 98 career points. Graduate Assistant Coach - 2007 and Volunteer Coach 2009. Major League Lacrosse - Drafted 28th overall in 2007 Collegiate Draft by The Chicago Machine, played in 8 games (2007-2008). Acquired by Long Island with the 24th pick in the MLL supplemental draft for the 2009 season. Offensive Coach at Tower Hill since 2009, where they finished 2nd in the state of Delaware. Dan was nominated for Assistant Coach of the year in 2009. USA Indoor Lacrosse - Current Member of the USA developmental team to get players into the NLL and ready for the 2011 world games.
